Learn to optimize your training to be more proficient, focusing on speed, reaction time, strength, flexibility, endurance and injury prevention with an emphasis on team building and sportsmanship. This camp is a great way to optimize off-season training, make friends and puts the "fun" into sports. This camp is part basketball fitness training and part fun activities such as spinning, bouldering and exploring various places at UBC.
